new to probation

i just got on probatin. i havnt even reported to my officer for this county yet(also on prob. in other county) im almost positive im gettin drug tested. i am a addict and have been using for a week now and cannot be clean by my appointment. now is it possible to reschedule my appointment without it hurting my initial image. and also im willing to go to rehab but dont wanna go to jail. any way i can go to rehab or is that up to the p.o.? what is the best option for me in this situation. ill do long term treatment as well.
